Nick in service is THE MAN! Always. I told Nick, "I feel like I call your service department more than I do my own family." Every minor issue, I try to bring my vehicles to Conley. One is a Land Rover. The service I receive and the extra mile Nick is ALWAYS wiling to go may have added up over the years in my cost, but we have two older, very reliable vehicles that run and operate almost like new. This last time I reached out to Nick because I had tires installed on my wife's vehicle at Sam's Club, unfortunately, they stripped 5 of her lug nuts. Nick got me in with no problems, got the lug nuts on with his service tech, but then . . . to avoid the risk of a re-stripping, I asked Nick if they would be able to put on the last tire, I understood it would cost, that's no problem. However, to my surprise, Nick offered to take care of the tire at no charge because I was such a loyal customer. It was $20, but that is the kind of stuff that keeps us coming back spending over $1000 when we have to. I know that if there is a way to make sure both sides win, Nick is going to find it. My wife and I aren't rich by any means, but we do value customer service, respect and the true motto of treating a customer like family. I believe this is my 5th or 6th compliment to nick, some to Jeff directly, but either way. He is always smiling, ready to serve and always moves quickly and NEVER sounds unsure or aggressive in his approach. He's the best, I respect everyone there, but no one makes my wife or me feel more comfortable when we know we walk in that we're going to spend money :) That's why I give this service 5 *****'s.

The salesman was very good in explaining all the ins and outs of the new car. A couple of things we didn't like was, trying to sell you something we didn't need. Other than that we love the car and everything about it, rides nice, and looks good!!!! Thanks, James & Victoria
