Stopped in to get the keys, and waited for the advisor to staple some papers, refill his business cards, after he helped another customer. Never indicated that he was aware I was waiting for 20 minutes. And only one person working. This is not the experience I am used to or will accept going forward.

Great but service writers should have an enclosure. Standing in the cold of the entrance garage is not good for customers or the service writers. This is the only car dealership over the years that i have experienced this. I would think that a Buick dealership should want to have a more upscale feel for its customers. I've been in Cadillac and Toyota dealers and they have enclosed areas for both customers and writers.

Made an appointment to have 5 recalls done on my GMC Silverado. This was made a month in advance. Planning to leave it there as per your service advisor scheduler. So I had my husband bring the other truck so we had transportation and then pick up the truck later. Only to find out your dealership could only do one recall because you were changing internet providers. The one recall performed took 20 minutes. I’m very upset!! a simple phone call telling me this would have been advised!!! Could have rescheduled to do the recalls I wasted diesel and my time taking 2 trucks. How hard is it to call????? Now I have to make another appointment to get the other 4 done. 2 trips again????? Unacceptable

Couldn’t do my recall update because I was told the internet went down but the guy who showed up after me said his got done. They pulled my truck around and parked it. I waited a while and nobody came to get me out of there. I went to the empty deck and wait a long time until luckily the manager showed up to get me out the door. Apparently the service guy was at lunch and he was the only one since all the others just ignored me.

The worst experience I have had with a dealership in my life. Horrible communication. Was given a loner vehicle that was completely out of gas. The service tech lied and tried to put the blame on someone else. I didn't receive my documentation from my previous visit. in the documentation it stated that i declined service. which was not the case they did not have it done at the promised time and wanted to keep my vehicle but didn't have a rental and could not get one from enterprise. they told me they would be able to finish up in about an hour. My father and I waited about 2 hours and was given my vehicle back and was told I would get my documentation emailed to me which I did not receive. when i got a copy of that documentation it stated that i declined service before service was started. I was scheduled to bring my vehicle back in on 2/24/25 and was supposed to get a loner vehicle. I messaged Doug to let him know i was on my way. when i arrived no wone greeted me i went to check on the getting a rental vehicle and was told they had none. No one called me tolet me know this would be an issue

The service experience was great. I believe all things of concern were addressed and rectified. Although, I think that the service department (advisers, etc) can be run much more smoothly. As a customer, it’s nice to know what the status of your vehicle is. When you wait for your vehicle as long as we do, it’s nice to know status so we know how much longer to expect to wait. A text, visual on a screen, report in from an adviser etc., anything would be helpful. The service manager did tell me prior to my appointment that it would take a couple hours. After 3 hours, I happened to walk out to the adviser desk to check on my vehicle. He had 4 sets of keys and paperwork in front of him. I inquired about my vehicle and thankfully, I was one of the finished jobs. I think the advisers are overwhelmed with juggling too many things at once in order to process the customer in a timely manner. I probably would have been waiting much longer if I hadn’t initiated an inquiry. A better process is definitely needed.

Came in for 100,000 service. Service was completed in a timely fashion. The issues were as follows. When changing the cabin air filter a wire harness within the dash was disturbed and when I picked up the truck the entire infotainment system was not working. This should have been noticed during a quick test drive after the service. I noticed it before getting to the fist traffic light. I came back to the dealer, they removed the glove box and fixed the problem. Once I got home I realized that they did not properly reattach the cap over the wheel that covers the lug nuts. Only one screw was used and the center cap was spinning out of control and well off center. I called the service center, spoke with Krista, sent her a photo of the problem and asked that they mail me a replacement for the hex bolt that was not reinstalled on the wheel cap. I was told Nick would call me back and arrange to send me a replacement hex bolt. I never received a call back. The next day when I went to start the truck, the coolant light came on. During the service they flushed the coolant and were short close to 1 gallon on the coolant refill. I went to the store bought additional coolant and a replacement hex bolt for the center cap. Just not a good experience on the service.

Thank you for reaching out for feedback on our recent service visit. Our experience was not good at all, as a matter of fact it was underwhelming. The purpose of the visit was to replace a delaminating trim piece on the passenger side doors. We made an appointment on Feb 19, 2025, AS WE WERE PURCHASING OUR SECOND VEHICLE FROM CONLEY. The date is important because the warranty would expire on Feb 26, 2025. The earliest date your service department had was Feb 28, 2025. When we met with the service advisor on the 28th, we were told the part would have to be ordered and the warranty would not be honored even though the appointment was made while the Buick was still under warranty. Later that day we received a call stating that GM would cover some of the cost but we would have to pay $50 out of pocket. We shouldn’t have to pay anything and the warranty should cover what seems to be a common problem with this model, according to the service advisor.

I scheduled my appointment in early February for Wednesday, February 26, at 8:00 AM. When I dropped off my car, the ABS light, StabiliTrak light, and Brake light were on. The check engine light, however, was not. Unfortunately, my car was not diagnosed until Thursday, February 27, at which point the necessary part was ordered. On Friday, February 28, I was informed that the part had been ordered too late and would not arrive until Monday. Each day I was assured the car would be ready the next day, but on Monday, I was told it would be delayed until Tuesday, March 4. I had communicated that I do not have a spare vehicle. As a result, I had to rent a car for six days, despite being told the repair would take just one or two days. On Tuesday 3/4, I stayed at the dealership while my car was worked on. I was told that the check engine light issue was resolved—although it was not a problem when I brought the car in. The original issues with the lights remained unresolved. I was advised that two speed sensors and a camshaft had been replaced, but all the warning lights were still on. I was quoted approximately $1,900 for the repair, yet the car was returned to me in the same condition as when I brought it in. This left me questioning whether the $1,900 spent actually addressed any legitimate issues. Additionally, I was told that resolving the ongoing problems would require me to prepay $1,500 for a part with no confirmed availability date. By this point, I had been without a car for six days and had to leave to resume work, leaving no time to pursue the matter further. While I was credited $250 toward the $375 car rental I had to pay, this barely alleviates the inconvenience I endured. On top of this, your phone system seems to have significant issues. Every time I called, I was either disconnected or transferred to a line that dropped the call. I resorted to emailing both the service and general inboxes for updates, as I couldn’t reach the person handling my car. Since my car was returned, I have emailed a request for the service manager to contact me, but I have yet to receive a response. This experience was frustrating, costly, and time-consuming. I feel I received inadequate service and was left with unresolved issues despite spending a considerable amount of money. I would appreciate a prompt response and a resolution to address these concerns.

Conley Buick has done all they can to repair our new Buick Enclave, however they can't repair our Buick without the correct parts. GM didn't have the part our Buick needs in stock, so they had to order it from the supplier, we've been given a 30 day time frame for the part to arrive. It seems hard to imagine that GM doesnt have a part for our brand new 2025 Buick that is still in production.

Dealership applied a rebate that I believed to have qualified for but evidently did not qualify for. They realized this the day after the vehicle was in our possession at home. I gave them the auth number that was given to me from GM . I received a missed call & voicemail that was from the dealership the evening after we purchased the vehicle stating I did not qualify for the rebate & they were going to come pick the vehicle up & refund our money. This was so unprofessional & disrespectful . We are not at fault that the vehicle was sold to us with a rebate that we did not qualify for. The dealer should have verified that we did since they had the authorization number from GM at the time , prior to selling the vehicle. Then to threaten to pick up the vehicle without speaking with us about potentially settling that difference is so arrogant. It was the dealers mistake &’it was $500, they should have ate that cost in my opinion, yet had they been kind & professional we would have paid the difference. We were not given that opportunity, instead threatened, using fear mongering . I will never do business with this dealership again. I wish we would have just allowed them to take the truck back & done business with someone else. Unfortunately , you can have everything go well but when you end a deal horribly, it tarnishes the whole process

I had an appointment but had to wait 20 minutes before someone appeared at the desk to check me in. Perhaps it was a bad day. I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told that the metal plug was stripped and needed to be replaced or oil would be leaking. I have not had a problem with leaking oil but I could see the plug was stripped. I was told it would cost $25 to replace. Since my car has never been serviced anywhere except the dealer I asked how this occured and was told use of improper tools or over tightening. It seems to me this was a dealer problem and not caused by anything I did and should have been paid for by the dealer and not me. Tony was very polite and I appreciated him explaining the situation but I still feel the dealer should have at least paid half the cost. My car was not reset to show that the oil was changed and I had to come back in a few days later so it could be reset. Lyn was very polite and efficient in getting it reset. I do appreciate the water and snacks available for the wait.

I was told that the tire they ordered and was in, I could come in anytime to get it put on. I waited from around 12:30 to 3:30 before it was installed. Three hours to put on the new tire seemed excessive to me and as a result, I do not intend to use Conley service again. Dealing with the sales department was a very commendable experience so that when Sunset GM said they couldn't get me an appointment for a few weeks, I decided the trip from Sarasota was worth it to go to Conley. The very long wait experience makes it not worth it any more.

I waited on my vehicle while an oil change, tire rotate, and software update was completed. I was told it could take up to 1 1/2 hours. After nearly 2 hours, I inquired about my truck. I was told it was on the lift and would be done 'shortly'. After another 50 min, my truck came out . As I approached to leave, I noticed greasy footprints all over my running board. After getting in, I also noticed that my 'oil change sticker' was not changed. I asked to have it changed and the service advisor went back to the back and grabbed one. I noticed it was only 6000 miles for the next service. I asked why it wasn't 7500 as the maintenance schedule suggests. Service advisor says the machine spits out the correct mileage. I have purchased 2 Sierra's here under the GM Employee program due to the family owned atmosphere. As a retired GM dealer, I would have been very upset if this lack of training took place at my dealership.

The service advisor Anthony Clark was not too friendly, he deserves 1star .I asked for oil change and tire Rotation. I tried to give him 10% coupon and he said it doesn't apply to this service. After 2.5hrs he came to me that I need a Brake fluid flush, it seems to me every customer in the waiting room the whole time I was there the customers were ask from there service adviser the needed extra work done, that is so strange. Wenn I had 31000 miles on my car last year the Advisor told me I need Transmission fluid changed. The Book says 45000 miles you people tried to get the most money from the customers. I been buying Buicks since 2012 with Tom and Daniel never had any problem. My Bill was $ 273.79 and I gave him the 10% coupon and he only discounted me $15.00 from the total amount. I bin driving for 65 years that I need Transmission fluid changed and Brake fluid flushed with so low mileage. That is so strange. I am aGM Retire. I think the people should get served with dignity and don't get frustrated .

I can't speak more highly of Blake, Dennis, Josh and Kara. We aren't frequent new car buyers and it's a process we typically dread. Scheduled a “free” oil change and multiple point inspection. The car was bought new in November with only 4400 miles on it at the time of the oil change. Arrived at 0950 for a 10 am appointment- car was back at 1115. We hopped in and ready to take off to the mall for some lunch and shopping time. All of a sudden the “low oil pressure” warning light came on when we were on your property at the end of the service bays. We had to shut off the vehicle in the immediate road way. I went back for the service concierge explained the problem. He noticed the trail of oil leading to the car stopped and parked in the middle of the roadway. He grabbed the service tech and the oil dipstick was DRY!!!! We left a couple quarts of oil at the parking spot and trailed it down to where we just stopped and turned it off. They had to put more oil In just to drive it over to the service bay. No recompense or swift delivery to the service manager was done. We had to again wait u til 1230 to get the car back and ask to speak to the service manager about recourse in case the engine seized. The concierge and service tech did not direct us to the service manager at all. I think as expensive as cars are, we should have been directed right to the manager. Not sure if it was a faulty oil filter or installation error- but the service manager should have been involved straight away to take the lot number of the filter and write a report if it truly was a product defect.

My experience with Conley when it comes to service for my vehicles is quite frankly abysmal overall. This time the issue is, I brought my truck in last week for a check engine light and an oil change. They determined it was my battery, which I somewhat expected. They said that was the only issue, so I paid and went home. Next day the light comes back on, so I called back to get it in and I was set to bring it in on Tuesday morning for “Priority” service since I had to bring it back in. I called multiple times on Tuesday to follow up to find out what was going on, and never once got a return phone call. Finally I was told the technician had been working on it and essentially couldn’t figure it out and had to call GM tech support. All said and done, it was the fault indicator wasn’t reset for replacing the battery. So my truck had to stay overnight for this. Quite frankly, I think the service person lied to me when I finally spoke to him. When I questioned him, the story changed. This is not the first time I have had issues with the service department there. Most of the people we get are rude and just simply act like they don’t care. When you walk up the counter, they simply act like you aren’t there, a simple acknowledgement and I will be with you in a minute would go a long way.

I was the first person at the service department on Friday morning (7:30 a.m. appointment) yet it still took you well over 90 minutes to change the oil and rotate 4 tires - I could have done it at home myself in less than half that time!! Then you have the audacity to call me on Saturday to see how you did (really on a weekend!)?!?!? Today I had an appointment to get the steering wheel on my wife's brand new Yukon replaced - the one you told that I needed when I was there a month ago for service on the vehicle - I arrived at 8:20 for an 8:30 appointment - at 8:40 I was told by your service writer that the steering wheel would not fix the problem but he was getting with the service manager to verify - after waiting another 20 minutes, I was told that you were not authorized by GM to replace the steering wheel under warranty - now you have a $2500 steering wheel sitting in your parts department because I walked out after being told that you didn't know how long it would take to get authorization. I was about to make a deal on a brand new Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate but that is now off because you have THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT ON THE PLANET!!! Good ridden!!

I don't know which part of this dealership disappoints me more. I've tried to buy a truck, (800+ score, but would pay cash) except Conley would rather play games than sell a truck. They've had the truck I wanted at the price I'm willing to pay, but then the games begin. "Mr Jeffcoat, we can't give you the $2300 GMC loyalty discount because your truck is too old". So let talk about my truck; the SECOND reason Conley won't touch my 3/4 ton again, NOR will they get any of my business or my friends and family. I take care of my vehicles. My 2006 Victory Red 2500 Sierra could sit in your show room. It has OVER 300, 000 miles on it. That's a testament to how well made your trucks are. EVERY time I've pulled it into Conley for work, I've been asked it if I want to sell it. I just had the oil changed. Three people that work there complimented the truck and (again) asked if I'd like to sell it. I've gotten letters from Conley asking if I'd like to sell. YET, it's not worth the discount. SO, what your telling me is, LOYALTY has an expiration date. Last Jan. I had Conley do some work on the front end. A couple thousand worth of work if I remember right. When I brought it in for the oil change, (which, by the way, the ONLY REASON I took it there was because the young lady I talked to said, "bring it in at 1pm and we can get you right in............3 hours later) they said that I needed more front end work. NOW, I have no issue with getting the work done. My question was, THE TRUCK HAS PERHAPS 2000 MILES ON IT since last Jan; why didn't you see the issues then? What the hell was the mechanic doing when it was blatantly obvious that there was more work to be done. It should have been done LAST YEAR. I got in touch with the dealership. Some flunky was assigned to me, that was in a hurry to get me off the phone, said he'd check on it and he'd get back with me; STILL WAITING ON THAT CALL. I haven't posted my story yet on social media but it's going to happen after I finish with this. And NO, I'm not really writing this to Conley; I'm writing this to your boss up the chain. I brought in 2 coupons to have my truck serviced. I was told they'd be used, they were not. Check out felt too rushed for me to ask further questions. Called Monday and Tuesday . Was left on hold for over 20 min. on Monday, 17 minutes on Tuesday. Was told "they were putting a chat in" and I'd be called right back. That was Tuesday at 10am. No call back. First, we purchased our 2019 GMC new from Conley. We've had all service completed at your service center. When the truck simply lost power Memorial day weekend, we found ourselves stuck, had to call AAA and have the vehicle towed - not to Conley because it was Sunday and you aren't open...and Monday was Memorial day. So we called Tuesday and you could not even look at the vehicle for almost 2 weeks - honestly, we expected better treatment having purchased the vehicle from you. At any rate, we had it towed again to Conley on Thursday, June 5th. The technician called Friday to say how much the repair would be - I informed him that we had an extended warranty. He called back to confirm the name on the warranty & said he would get back to me with the results. We heard nothing. Monday, we received a request from Conley to rate our service experience - we didn't have the truck back because no one called Friday so we were in the dark about how the repair would be completed. It was not a positive experience overall. We are considering buying a new vehicle, but our interactions with Conley just haven't been that good.

I had never been to your dealership before and was recommended to contact you by someone from Firkins Chrysler. My check engine light was on, it was serious, I was anxious about it being covered under warranty. When I arrived in the service area, with no appointment, they took time to discuss the matter with me, go over my warranty and took my car same day. They said it could be 24-48 hours before they'd be able to just diagnose it (not repaired), but they had it repaired and ready to go within 24 hours. I picked up my car, they explained what it was, they happened to have the part and said if I had any further questions or issues, let them know. I would recommend Conley Buick GMC.

Front end popping noises when turning the steering wheel while backing and forward at low speed. New control arms installed no help. Truck drives great at normal speed. Every time I take my 1500 AT4 Truck or my Yukon Denali in for service the cars come back very dirty. Floormats dirty with oil footprints, steering wheel covered in dirty hand prints, just overall lack of care while the car is being worked on. We were told it would take 24hrs to diagnose the check engine light. We were told to go & call Enterprise to get a rental car. After a half hr on the phone, my husband asked Doug if he could help us. He immediately took us to Jenny who has a loaner truck for us.We think that Gavin should have known to send us to Doug or Jenny in the first place. The car was ready within hrs so we had to drive back down to pick it up. We waited over 20 mins because Gavin couldn't find the car!! This is the second time that the car could not be found. Not sure what the issue was, but both times the keys weren't in the box.

They also solved our problem of not being able to get the second seat back to the upright position after having it down to use the cargo space. (It turned out to be the seatbelt was done up and that prevented the seat from going up.) The waiting room was very comfortable and the service was great.

The service writer was prompt, courteous, patient, and informative. The check engine light was on, and when the cause was determined, a part was replaced. Early on we had been informed the vehicle might be in the shop 2-3 days, and that Conley no longer provides a shuttle service. This is very disappointing, and will directly impact our choice of dealership for our next vehicle purchase. Bottom line, personnel good, work performed good, Conley not good.

Probably the worst experience ever. Scheduled for tire rotation, alignment, and check tire pressure cause 1 showed low, and oil change. Stated they can't do tire rotation. 3.5 hours later they came and said I was ready. No alignment done said "you wanted alignment" said they could do it now. Said no thank you. Only thing on bill was oil change. Paid went to get vehicle and tires were not filled. Went back in and they said they would get it back and take a look. 1 hour later, got the vehicle back and tires were filled " over pressure". Left very dissatisfied.

You have sunk to new lows! Brought the vehicle in at 9:45 AM for a 10 AM appointment. Came back from Kiki‘s at 11:20 AM. A vehicle hadn’t even been put into the shop yet! How about managing people‘s expectations? What’s the point of making an appointment? The only thing you’ve got going for you Frankly is Nick, Phil, Gary and that’s it. Your manager Doug doesn’t even bother to call people back as evidenced when we had problems with the transmission. I was gonna give you another chance as I bought four vehicles from Conley now, and I was in the market for another vehicle. But I will never give you guys a dime for a new vehicle. Keep it up and you’re not gonna have a business.

I came in on Saturday with a huge problem. I had my brakes done and the locks to my wheels were lost. Excellent service advisor and on site rental representative. While they could not replicate the issues I was having my overall experience from the advisor to the rental department was excellent. They asked if the mechanic could take my vehicle home to try and replicate the issues. I authorized the 150 RT miles, but was very surprised to find my car with 28 miles to empty when I picked it up. I would have expected the dealership fill up the tank since it was 3/4 full when I dropped it off.

The truck, purchase, price and over all purchase experience was exceptional. However, I attempted to have service done on the truck twice. Both times I made multiple calls to the service department with no answer. Every time I left messages and even called the sales floor and left messages and never received a call back. I picked up an extended warranty upon purchase which has me concerned with the lack of communication. If this review was solely based on the purchase it would have been a five star experience. Unfortunately, I had to use an outside mechanic. I would have preferred using the dealer I bought it from.

It took almost 4 weeks to get a appointment for a check engine light. It didn't get fixed on the first trip. I brought it back in you had to erder a part and would need to keep it for two days. I left it Thursday and was supposed to pick it up Monday when i came to pick it up it wasn't ready had to leave it another day. I'm not very happy with that I had a appointment that was worthless. Disappointing compared from services past. The service writers were very welcoming and pleasant as usual, thank-you. When leaving we did notice the plastic bag that I had put the key to the locking hubs was lying in the passengers seat, but did not have the hub key in it. Service noticed that we were looking for something and came out to ask us if anything was wrong. They went back in and said that they had found it on a shelf in the service bay. The challenge was after rotating the wheels and tires miles after we left Conley, I felt to check the tire pressure on the dash readout and they let the 80 pounds out of the rear tires while rotating them and put the front wheels on rear without proper air pressure for the back. Drove into Costco to get air at their air station and realized that their service bays were closed for the day. They must have turned off their compressor inside and it took over 20 minutes to reach 80 pounds of pressure by apparently using the air in their compressor tank inside. Barely got to correct pressure on the second tire. An inconvenience, but always a solution. PLEASE take a moment while giving yourselves over to detail with the small things that can become bigger things later if overlooked. Like for example a wise carpenter, "measure twice, cut once" to be accurate. We pull a 5th wheel throughout the country and tire pressure is very important to check continually. This is going to be a bit of a long review so if you want the cliff notes here at the Cliff-notes: I will not be returning back to this dealership due to issues with communication and perceived deception. If you want to hear the full story, here we go. Went in for an oil change and to have one of my door locks looked at. Was supposed to see Tony who wasn’t in so Lyn took care of me. I came in with my father who has pain sitting in hard chairs for too long so I asked to be notified about the issue with the door lock before the oil change was done so I knew if I wanted to sit through the oil change or leave the car there so it could be repaired. I wasn’t notified so I followed up about an hour later and Lyn could not find my car nor could he find the person who was working on my car. I heard a few different excuses: he might be taking it for a test drive (which I thought was interesting, since typically that is not needed for an oil change or the issue that I had with my door). Someone else said he may have gone to lunch, which made me assume he may have gone to lunch with my car. Lyn said he would let me know when he found my car and the person working on it. About 45 minutes later I came back out to check and Lyn said that the issue was in the process of being diagnosed. Sometime later, he let me know what the issue was, that they didn’t have the part, and that it would be in by Wednesday. I asked for the price and he had no idea. I wanted to get my dad out of there so I said “can you call me with the price or get it to me within the next few minutes?” Lyn said he would call me. We left the car at the dealership thinking it would be a quick and affordable fix. I didn’t get the price until yesterday morning around 8 o’clock. It was more than I was willing to spend at the moment so I said I would need to think about it and I would be there this afternoon to pick up my car. When we got to the dealership I chatted with the service manager, Nick just to go over the experience. I’ve worked in customer service, so I know if someone kindly expresses how their experience was, it can help with training. As I was talking to Nick, Lyn walked up and let Nick know that they had somehow gotten the part already and put the part into my car. As you would imagine I wasn’t happy, but I was still nice about it and said “I’m going to need some sort of discount if I’m going to be paying for this.”Ended up sitting in the waiting room for another hour and a half. In that time I found out that if they work on your car and you did not authorize them to do so that is technically illegal. I wasn’t planning to take legal action, but it was good info to have. Tony, who was originally supposed to be helping me, but was not in on Monday, came in and said that they were trying to come to an agreement as to what I would be paying for the service. I noted to him, kindly, that I was aware that it was illegal for them to do work on my car without my authorization so I wanted to pay the least amount possible. Tony came back about 15 minutes later and told me that he was only gonna charge me for the oil change and he would let the managers figure out what they wanted to do with the car part but I would be able to leave. Now, I may have just assumed here, but from that conversation, it was my understanding that the door was fixed and I wouldn’t have to pay for it. This seemed like the right thing to do, but I also knew that it was generous of them to pay for it so I was extremely thankful. I paid for the oil change and got to my car and realized that the lock still didn’t work. It seems while they were having me wait, they put the old part back in. I honestly wouldn’t have even written this review if they had just been open and told me that. But they left that information out. I approached Tony after to let him know and he put his hands up and said “I don’t know, I wasn’t part of that” trying to protect his 5-star review he asked me for. But I know he was part of that as he was the one who Nick had working with GMC while Nick was in an interview and the one who came out to tell me about pricing. I found this very deceptive; therefore, I’m not giving 5-stars and writing this review. My Buick has had several issues with it since purchasing it in 2018 from this dealership. It will be the last Buick I ever buy and I hope this review helps with training with transparency and communication with their customers. In the end, I got an oil change and hours of driving time, missed work, pain (on my father’s behalf), and waiting. The oil change seems to have been efficient!

I signed up online using the Conley GMC Appointment app. The app provides various appointment time slots. I selected one for the afternoon (PM). Unfortunately the app placed my appointment at 1:20 in the morning (AM). So I caught this and made the correction on my calendar, however in their system the PM time was correct. The oil change and tire rotation service went smoothly. I was checked in by the Service Manager from Subaru dealership (part of Conley family business) due to absence of regular service advisor. I believe her name was April or Ariel. She did a great job, was very courteous and professional. A real asset to Conley.

The buying experience was good right up until the day I came back to pick up the brand new truck. The 2nd set of keys were missing and all the GMC owners manuals were missing. The sales person was more in interseted in a presuing another customer and told me to "talk to another sales person" .Finally the General Manager got involved and promised me they would take care of the issues. He gave me his own personal manuals and I left. Two days later the second key set arrived at my home. The following week I called the General Manager and advised him that I had mailed his manuals back to him. He assured me that replacement manuals will be sent to me. The next day a representive from the dealership called and said he was taking care of the missing manuals. Hopefully they will do as they promised.

The communication was non existent. I had to send my car back 3 times and still don’t have a solution. Worked with 3 different advisors and was told by Tony that he “couldn’t coach me on what to say to get repairs done and that I just needed to know myself”. Then I was switched to the service manager nick who I called almost every day and he was “in meetings but he’ll call you back” and every day I NEVER heard back. This was such a terrible experience and I will NEVER come back to this dealership. In the end I received my car back with the issue still happening but they don’t seem to care. I have young children now in an unsafe car. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. I purchased my car from this dealership and had a great experience and then to come back for service was terrible. Also the way Tony speaks to customers is degrading and insulting. We were also told that it’s just the way that he comes off. I have worked in customer service since I was 16 and could not believe that his behavior was just excused. I could keep going with how terrible this experience was.

I have serviced both purchased my AT4 and Yukon at this location. Service staff are friendly but forget to call back with updates when they say they will call, they work with you on trying to get warranty coverage which I appreciate, however, every single time I get my Yukon back it is filthy. Grease stains on the floorboards and door, dirty hand prints all over. There was no consideration from the tech to try and prevent staining, and no consideration to clean up after. I have pictures if a manager is interested they can call me, this has been multiple times unfortunately.

And when I spend over $1500 I expect to have the tire pressure less than 5 pounds apart. My vehicle was service while i was out of the Country. We communicated via iphone. I was told the amount due was $1968.23. I asked the tech what was Conley preference credit card or Debit and he said "there is no preferece". He did not specify that was a service charge using the credit card. When my Statement arrived i noticed that there was an extra $59.04 added to my original bill. The car was picked up by my neighbor with a a tire almost flat. He said that the area where the car was parked there was a lot of construction debris. I went back to have the tire fixed and was charged another $50.00 I told the tech my side of the story and asked him for a break on the tire repair. He refused to do anything. I was plannig on trading my 2 GMC vehicles soon but after this bad experience I will be looking someplace else.

I took my 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 to Conley for what I thought would be a straightforward, non-event appointment. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation, 1 tire pressure monitor replacement and to see why my check engine light was on. From the first encounter with the Service Coordinator (SC), I felt like all he was talking about was a variety of items that I was not there for like my warranty was getting ready to expire which he started to rattle off a list of items he suggested. Again, nothing that I came to Conley for. After some discussion, the SC ran a quick diagnosis with his hand-held analyzer and told me that there was a code that was related to a bad fuel control module which made sense to me as I told the SC in our initial conversation that the truck sometime hesitated during acceleration. The SC started with what sounded like a pre rehearsed pitch about how he couldn’t be sure it was the fuel control module until his technician had a chance to take a deeper dive which he told me could take anywhere from a couple of hours or even more which would require me to leave me truck at least overnight. They took my truck back and the waiting began. After an hour or so another SC came out with a long list of things he wanted to talk to me about. He rambled on about the list of items the service technician had emailed me. I opened the email and there was a list of about 10 items like cabin air filter change, coolant flush, rear differential flush, etc. NONE of the items I asked for. After I told the SC no thank you for the list of non-requested items, he told me that it was a bad fuel control module and I had one bad tire pressure monitor. He then informed me that neither of the parts we available and would have to be special ordered with no expected delivery date. When I asked how much the fuel control module would be he told me it would be around $900-$1000 to change the fuel control module. I asked how long it would be to get the fuel control module he went into another pre-canned speech about how hard the module was to get from GM and the request for one would be put into a lottery and we’d basically get one when GM felt like sending. I asked how long the module would take to change and he gave me a 3.90-hour labor estimate. When we got to the tire pressure monitor, he went on and on about we should change all four due to the age of my truck and he quoted me a price of $135 per sensor for the part alone. The SC said he would let me know when the truck was ready and the waiting continued. While I was waiting my curiosity grew on why everything was so expensive and took so long. I did some research on the internet and saw that the fuel control module (original OEM parts) was readily available from numerous suppliers (Rock Auto, Partsgeek, GM Parts Store, Summit Racing to name a few) with prices ranging from $67 - $108. I also researched the procedure to change the module. I was shocked to see that the module is located above the spare tire, was held in my 3 bolts and had one plug. The average time I saw that it took people to change was less than 20 minutes. The only other step was that the module had to be programmed but that took less than 5 minutes. I took a quick look at the tire pressure sensor that I was quoted a price of $ 135 per unit to purchase from Conley (not counting installation). I saw the same OEM part online for under $45 on average. I wasted three hours of my life at Conley and have not felt this lied to, ignored in my request and all around cheated. Because of this encounter I am now looking for a reputable, honest, competent repair facility to get the repairs I need so I can sell my GMC truck and never deal with this company again.

The rattle is very selective and really needs to be created for someone to try to fix. Brought the car in on Tuesday, but was not able to connect with someone until Friday to try to demonstrate the rattle. I would have liked to demonstrate the noise earlier in the week. When I got home I noticed that they never reset the T.P.S. System. This caused the information screen on my dashboard to report the wrong tire pressures. The dealership did a great job of repairing the issue and other diagnosed issues under our extended warranty. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I called in during normal business hours a number of times only to reach a voicemail, which became frustrating, as we were on vacation and ended up having to extend our stay to accommodate for the time it took to make the repairs.

I'm happy to say that my experience with Conley Buick was very professional and stress free. My salesperson, Angel Rodriguez was a pleasure to work with. He worked with me through the negotiation process and was willing to listen to what I wanted in regards to my trade-in and what I was willing to pay for the new Buick Envista. Had oil changed, tires rotated, engine filter changed and wiper blades changed. I washed car this morning and wiper blade fell off. It was not secured correcly. Also, tire valve covers missing. All fluids were not checked or filled. Disapointed in overall service.

Kept my car for five days with no car.. lied about me declining a service I wasn’t told about- out in a new battery and apparently didn’t check if it was working- car broke down on the way home as I lost all power and left me stranded for four hours awaiting now.

The advisor was great. Work was completed as expected. The only suggestion I would make is to include a complementary car wash with the service. I paid over $1200 for the maintenance. A car wash would have been nice!

Was a little disappointed after I dropped my vehicle off and came back to pick it up to find that the tail in the tire was not repaired. The person who checked me in, got it confused with another vehicle. I don’t fault her because I think she was new and getting the hang of things.
