Dennis was our salesman, and he met our requests and made everything as smooth as possible. He was always available to our calls and met our number on our trade in. Neil was our finance manager and he was very pleasant to deal with. No up sales and the number he told us was what we received as a payment. Actually about 50 cents less than what he originally quoted. Both gentleman are truly what salesman should be this day and age. And both are a breath of fresh air in going to buy a automobile. I brought in 2 coupons to have my truck serviced. I was told they'd be used, they were not. Check out felt too rushed for me to ask further questions. Called Monday and Tuesday . Was left on hold for over 20 min. on Monday, 17 minutes on Tuesday. Was told "they were putting a chat in" and I'd be called right back. That was Tuesday at 10am. No call back. Finally was able to speak to Stephanie on Wednesday (who is my usual advisor). Stephanie said she would correct all the issues. I have been taking my truck to Conley for the 12 years I have had it. This is the first time I have felt like I didn't have a wonderful experience. And I just thought you should know. Thanks

First, we purchased our 2019 GMC new from Conley. We've had all service completed at your service center. When the truck simply lost power Memorial day weekend, we found ourselves stuck, had to call AAA and have the vehicle towed - not to Conley because it was Sunday and you aren't open...and Monday was Memorial day. So we called Tuesday and you could not even look at the vehicle for almost 2 weeks - honestly, we expected better treatment having purchased the vehicle from you. At any rate, we had it towed again to Conley on Thursday, June 5th. The technician called Friday to say how much the repair would be - I informed him that we had an extended warranty. He called back to confirm the name on the warranty & said he would get back to me with the results. We heard nothing. Monday, we received a request from Conley to rate our service experience - we didn't have the truck back because no one called Friday so we were in the dark about how the repair would be completed. It was not a positive experience overall. We are considering buying a new vehicle, but our interactions with Conley just haven't been that good.

I had never been to your dealership before and was recommended to contact you by someone from Firkins Chrysler. My check engine light was on, it was serious, I was anxious about it being covered under warranty. When I arrived in the service area, with no appointment, they took time to discuss the matter with me, go over my warranty and took my car same day. They said it could be 24-48 hours before they'd be able to just diagnose it (not repaired), but they had it repaired and ready to go within 24 hours. I picked up my car, they explained what it was, they happened to have the part and said if I had any further questions or issues, let them know. I would recommend Conley Buick GMC.

I was there for an oil/ filter change. After getting home I checked under the hood to check the oil level because sometimes they leave it a half qt. Low. There was oil sprayed everywhere because the dipstick was sticking up about 6 inches. The tech didn’t push it fully in place. It seems as though every time I’m there for service work something is an issue .

We were told it would take 24hrs to diagnose the check engine light. We were told to go & call Enterprise to get a rental car. After a half hr on the phone, my husband asked Doug if he could help us. He immediately took us to Jenny who has a loaner truck for us.We think that Gavin should have known to send us to Doug or Jenny in the first place. The car was ready within hrs so we had to drive back down to pick it up. We waited over 20 mins because Gavin couldn't find the car!! This is the second time that the car could not be found. Not sure what the issue was, but both times the keys weren't in the box.

Tony, my service advisor listened my issues.He has always taken good care of me and my Vehicle. Brought vehicle in for service oil change, Passenger side Mirror was not working was replaced 0 issues. Front end popping noises when turning the steering wheel while backing and forward at low speed. New control arms installed no help. Truck drives great at normal speed. I will be bringing the truck back after trip to Georgia. I have always been happy with Conley I'm sure they'll get this fixed. I'll be scheduling another appointment next week. They also solved our problem of not being able to get the second seat back to the upright position after having it down to use the cargo space. (It turned out to be the seatbelt was done up and that prevented the seat from going up.) The waiting room was very comfortable and the service was great.

The service writer was prompt, courteous, patient, and informative. The check engine light was on, and when the cause was determined, a part was replaced. Early on we had been informed the vehicle might be in the shop 2-3 days, and that Conley no longer provides a shuttle service. This is very disappointing, and will directly impact our choice of dealership for our next vehicle purchase. Bottom line, personnel good, work performed good, Conley not good.

Probably the worst experience ever. Scheduled for tire rotation, alignment, and check tire pressure cause 1 showed low, and oil change. Stated they can't do tire rotation. 3.5 hours later they came and said I was ready. No alignment done said "you wanted alignment" said they could do it now. Said no thank you. Only thing on bill was oil change. Paid went to get vehicle and tires were not filled. Went back in and they said they would get it back and take a look. 1 hour later, got the vehicle back and tires were filled " over pressure". Left very dissatisfied.

Every bit of this experience was horrible, the customer service is trash. The dealership manager Doug had to get involved and then had to hand pick a tech Tony who also was very good. Even then the parts removed were new and as I went to grab them this morning, I saw they had been broken.

Every time I take my 1500 AT4 Truck or my Yukon Denali in for service the cars come back very dirty. Floormats dirty with oil footprints, steering wheel covered in dirty hand prints, just overall lack of care while the car is being worked on. The truck, purchase, price and over all purchase experience was exceptional. However, I attempted to have service done on the truck twice. Both times I made multiple calls to the service department with no answer. Every time I left messages and even called the sales floor and left messages and never received a call back. I picked up an extended warranty upon purchase which has me concerned with the lack of communication. If this review was solely based on the purchase it would have been a five star experience. Unfortunately, I had to use an outside mechanic. I would have preferred using the dealer I bought it from.

Disappointing compared from services past. The service writers were very welcoming and pleasant as usual, thank-you. When leaving we did notice the plastic bag that I had put the key to the locking hubs was lying in the passengers seat, but did not have the hub key in it. Service noticed that we were looking for something and came out to ask us if anything was wrong. They went back in and said that they had found it on a shelf in the service bay. The challenge was after rotating the wheels and tires miles after we left Conley, I felt to check the tire pressure on the dash readout and they let the 80 pounds out of the rear tires while rotating them and put the front wheels on rear without proper air pressure for the back. Drove into Costco to get air at their air station and realized that their service bays were closed for the day. They must have turned off their compressor inside and it took over 20 minutes to reach 80 pounds of pressure by apparently using the air in their compressor tank inside. Barely got to correct pressure on the second tire. An inconvenience, but always a solution. PLEASE take a moment while giving yourselves over to detail with the small things that can become bigger things later if overlooked. Like for example a wise carpenter, "measure twice, cut once" to be accurate. We pull a 5th wheel throughout the country and tire pressure is very important to check continually. Please do the same...

I signed up online using the Conley GMC Appointment app. The app provides various appointment time slots. I selected one for the afternoon (PM). Unfortunately the app placed my appointment at 1:20 in the morning (AM). So I caught this and made the correction on my calendar, however in their system the PM time was correct. The oil change and tire rotation service went smoothly. I was checked in by the Service Manager from Subaru dealership (part of Conley family business) due to absence of regular service advisor. I believe her name was April or Ariel. She did a great job, was very courteous and professional. A real asset to Conley.

This is going to be a bit of a long review so if you want the cliff notes here at the Cliff-notes: I will not be returning back to this dealership due to issues with communication and perceived deception. If you want to hear the full story, here we go. Went in for an oil change and to have one of my door locks looked at. Was supposed to see Tony who wasn’t in so Lyn took care of me. I came in with my father who has pain sitting in hard chairs for too long so I asked to be notified about the issue with the door lock before the oil change was done so I knew if I wanted to sit through the oil change or leave the car there so it could be repaired. I wasn’t notified so I followed up about an hour later and Lyn could not find my car nor could he find the person who was working on my car. I heard a few different excuses: he might be taking it for a test drive (which I thought was interesting, since typically that is not needed for an oil change or the issue that I had with my door). Someone else said he may have gone to lunch, which made me assume he may have gone to lunch with my car. Lyn said he would let me know when he found my car and the person working on it. About 45 minutes later I came back out to check and Lyn said that the issue was in the process of being diagnosed. Sometime later, he let me know what the issue was, that they didn’t have the part, and that it would be in by Wednesday. I asked for the price and he had no idea. I wanted to get my dad out of there so I said “can you call me with the price or get it to me within the next few minutes?” Lyn said he would call me. We left the car at the dealership thinking it would be a quick and affordable fix. I didn’t get the price until yesterday morning around 8 o’clock. It was more than I was willing to spend at the moment so I said I would need to think about it and I would be there this afternoon to pick up my car. When we got to the dealership I chatted with the service manager, Nick just to go over the experience. I’ve worked in customer service, so I know if someone kindly expresses how their experience was, it can help with training. As I was talking to Nick, Lyn walked up and let Nick know that they had somehow gotten the part already and put the part into my car. As you would imagine I wasn’t happy, but I was still nice about it and said “I’m going to need some sort of discount if I’m going to be paying for this.”Ended up sitting in the waiting room for another hour and a half. In that time I found out that if they work on your car and you did not authorize them to do so that is technically illegal. I wasn’t planning to take legal action, but it was good info to have. Tony, who was originally supposed to be helping me, but was not in on Monday, came in and said that they were trying to come to an agreement as to what I would be paying for the service. I noted to him, kindly, that I was aware that it was illegal for them to do work on my car without my authorization so I wanted to pay the least amount possible. Tony came back about 15 minutes later and told me that he was only gonna charge me for the oil change and he would let the managers figure out what they wanted to do with the car part but I would be able to leave. Now, I may have just assumed here, but from that conversation, it was my understanding that the door was fixed and I wouldn’t have to pay for it. This seemed like the right thing to do, but I also knew that it was generous of them to pay for it so I was extremely thankful. I paid for the oil change and got to my car and realized that the lock still didn’t work. It seems while they were having me wait, they put the old part back in. I honestly wouldn’t have even written this review if they had just been open and told me that. But they left that information out. I approached Tony after to let him know and he put his hands up and said “I don’t know, I wasn’t part of that” trying to protect his 5-star review he asked me for. But I know he was part of that as he was the one who Nick had working with GMC while Nick was in an interview and the one who came out to tell me about pricing. I found this very deceptive; therefore, I’m not giving 5-stars and writing this review. My Buick has had several issues with it since purchasing it in 2018 from this dealership. It will be the last Buick I ever buy and I hope this review helps with training with transparency and communication with their customers. In the end, I got an oil change and hours of driving time, missed work, pain (on my father’s behalf), and waiting. The oil change seems to have been efficient!

My 2022 GMC Acadia had the check engine light come on and my car just died on the way to Conley GMC dealership. I got a tow from a local company and the Service Team at Conley took care of getting my car off the tow truck, (because the electronic transmission was locked in PARK) and they gave me a ride home. The communication was non existent. I had to send my car back 3 times and still don’t have a solution. Worked with 3 different advisors and was told by Tony that he “couldn’t coach me on what to say to get repairs done and that I just needed to know myself”. Then I was switched to the service manager nick who I called almost every day and he was “in meetings but he’ll call you back” and every day I NEVER heard back. This was such a terrible experience and I will NEVER come back to this dealership. In the end I received my car back with the issue still happening but they don’t seem to care. I have young children now in an unsafe car. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. I purchased my car from this dealership and had a great experience and then to come back for service was terrible. Also the way Tony speaks to customers is degrading and insulting. We were also told that it’s just the way that he comes off. I have worked in customer service since I was 16 and could not believe that his behavior was just excused. I could keep going with how terrible this experience was.

Excellent service advisor and on site rental representative. While they could not replicate the issues I was having my overall experience from the advisor to the rental department was excellent. They asked if the mechanic could take my vehicle home to try and replicate the issues. I authorized the 150 RT miles, but was very surprised to find my car with 28 miles to empty when I picked it up. I have serviced both purchased my AT4 and Yukon at this location. Service staff are friendly but forget to call back with updates when they say they will call, they work with you on trying to get warranty coverage which I appreciate, however, every single time I get my Yukon back it is filthy. Grease stains on the floorboards and door, dirty hand prints all over. There was no consideration from the tech to try and prevent staining, and no consideration to clean up after. I have pictures if a manager is interested they can call me, this has been multiple times unfortunately.

The buying experience was good right up until the day I came back to pick up the brand new truck. The 2nd set of keys were missing and all the GMC owners manuals were missing. The sales person was more in interseted in a presuing another customer and told me to "talk to another sales person" .Finally the General Manager got involved and promised me they would take care of the issues. He gave me his own personal manuals and I left. Two days later the second key set arrived at my home. The following week I called the General Manager and advised him that I had mailed his manuals back to him. He assured me that replacement manuals will be sent to me. The next day a representive from the dealership called and said he was taking care of the missing manuals. Hopefully they will do as they promised.

They didn’t tell us when we scheduled that you guys were having your Thanksgiving meal from 11 to one. We drop the car off at 11:15 and did not get it back till 230. And when I spend over $1500 I expect to have the tire pressure less than 5 pounds apart. Had a tire at 35 and one at 41.! we make the drive from south of Riverview because we’ve always been happy here, the dealership in TAMPA is closer and tried it once and won’t go back. And we just checked the oil and we are a quart low. So I’ve been very unhappy with this service.

I took my 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 to Conley for what I thought would be a straightforward, non-event appointment. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation, 1 tire pressure monitor replacement and to see why my check engine light was on. From the first encounter with the Service Coordinator (SC), I felt like all he was talking about was a variety of items that I was not there for like my warranty was getting ready to expire which he started to rattle off a list of items he suggested. Again, nothing that I came to Conley for. After some discussion, the SC ran a quick diagnosis with his hand-held analyzer and told me that there was a code that was related to a bad fuel control module which made sense to me as I told the SC in our initial conversation that the truck sometime hesitated during acceleration. The SC started with what sounded like a pre rehearsed pitch about how he couldn’t be sure it was the fuel control module until his technician had a chance to take a deeper dive which he told me could take anywhere from a couple of hours or even more which would require me to leave me truck at least overnight. They took my truck back and the waiting began. After an hour or so another SC came out with a long list of things he wanted to talk to me about. He rambled on about the list of items the service technician had emailed me. I opened the email and there was a list of about 10 items like cabin air filter change, coolant flush, rear differential flush, etc. NONE of the items I asked for. After I told the SC no thank you for the list of non-requested items, he told me that it was a bad fuel control module and I had one bad tire pressure monitor. He then informed me that neither of the parts we available and would have to be special ordered with no expected delivery date. When I asked how much the fuel control module would be he told me it would be around $900-$1000 to change the fuel control module. I asked how long it would be to get the fuel control module he went into another pre-canned speech about how hard the module was to get from GM and the request for one would be put into a lottery and we’d basically get one when GM felt like sending. I asked how long the module would take to change and he gave me a 3.90-hour labor estimate. When we got to the tire pressure monitor, he went on and on about we should change all four due to the age of my truck and he quoted me a price of $135 per sensor for the part alone. The SC said he would let me know when the truck was ready and the waiting continued. While I was waiting my curiosity grew on why everything was so expensive and took so long. I did some research on the internet and saw that the fuel control module (original OEM parts) was readily available from numerous suppliers (Rock Auto, Partsgeek, GM Parts Store, Summit Racing to name a few) with prices ranging from $67 - $108. I also researched the procedure to change the module. I was shocked to see that the module is located above the spare tire, was held in my 3 bolts and had one plug. The average time I saw that it took people to change was less than 20 minutes. The only other step was that the module had to be programmed but that took less than 5 minutes. I took a quick look at the tire pressure sensor that I was quoted a price of $ 135 per unit to purchase from Conley (not counting installation). I saw the same OEM part online for under $45 on average. I wasted three hours of my life at Conley and have not felt this lied to, ignored in my request and all around cheated. Because of this encounter I am now looking for a reputable, honest, competent repair facility to get the repairs I need so I can sell my GMC truck and never deal with this company again.

My vehicle was service while i was out of the Country. We communicated via iphone. I was told the amount due was $1968.23. I asked the tech what was Conley preference credit card or Debit and he said "there is no preferece". He did not specify that was a service charge using the credit card. When my Statement arrived i noticed that there was an extra $59.04 added to my original bill. The car was picked up by my neighbor with a a tire almost flat. He said that the area where the car was parked there was a lot of construction debris. I went back to have the tire fixed and was charged another $50.00 I told the tech my side of the story and asked him for a break on the tire repair. He refused to do anything. I was plannig on trading my 2 GMC vehicles soon but after this bad experience I will be looking someplace else.

Service appointment was to take care of two regular service issues, repair GPS issue, and attack a finicky rattle. The rattle is very selective and really needs to be created for someone to try to fix. Brought the car in on Tuesday, but was not able to connect with someone until Friday to try to demonstrate the rattle. I would have liked to demonstrate the noise earlier in the week. With the work that the shop did, the rattle returned. I will need to set up another appointment to continue the attempt to determine the source of the noise and repair.

Brought my truck in for routine servicing and tire rotation. Service was done quickly and the service personnel were extremely polite, professional and informative. When I got home I noticed that they never reset the T.P.S. System. This caused the information screen on my dashboard to report the wrong tire pressures. I brought the truck back and they reset the system properly. My only issue is that for MY inconvenience of having to bring my truck in AGAIN for their mistake, I should have been given at least a small token discount on future services or parts. That would have been the “right” thing to do. All that I got was a “sorry”.

These folks went above and beyond for us! Richie greeted us on December 23rd and I had my heart set on a certain color car. The car I had researched wasn’t available in that color but we found a different car in approximately the same color. Yes it was an impulse purchase but we thought this car was great. However…we both decided we felt like we were driving a van and got back in touch with Richie. Three weeks after our first purchase we were back….and though I didn’t get the color I wanted, I got my second choice AND the exact vehicle we wanted in the first place. These folks could have really taken advantage of us, but everyone was fair and friendly. We even talked with a gentleman who was interested in buying the car that we’d just traded in. Didn’t have to wait too long for oul & cabin air filter change. My only complaint is I would think when they rotate the tires they would also check the tire pressure on all 4 tires. They were all at 32 and one at 31 should be 35 psi. Otherwise the work was fine!

I have been having our Buick serviced at Conley for a number of years. I generally am very satisfied with the quality of the service mechanics, however getting checked in when arriving for the scheduled appointment and checked out after it has been completed has been an issue. The last appointment took approximately 30 minutes after my car was brought out of the shop and parked and then only when I approached the attendant and inquired why it was taking so long to check me out.

Arrived at 11:00 for an 11:20 appt. Shown to the waiting area by Chris who signed me in. Had two items that needed to be worked on, both covered under warranty. After 3 hours, Chris comes to see me to inform me that I need all this other diagnostics, battery change stuff that would not be covered under warranty. When I said how can that be, my car has only 29000 miles on it. He pointed to the paperwork and said” look at the year of the vehicle. Things go bad with age” . He began totaling up the cost which was going to come to $534.00. Being there with no one to ask about this, I initially said okay and Chris left. After he left other people in the waiting area said that is not true. He is trying to scam you into getting more work done. So I ran to find Chris to tell him I can’t afford to have that done so don’t do it. His attitude changed towards me completely. He became very cold . An hour later I went out to see what was happening with my car and he said in a very nasty tone , “they’re still working on it. These things take time”. None of which was true. After another hour, I went back out and spoke to another staff member, a woman, and told her about Chris’s attitude and she had another person go check on my car and sure enough it had been ready and it was brought out front. At that time I had been there for 5 hours. I did not want to check out with Chris but the woman said he wanted to apologize for his behavior. While checking out He couldn’t even get my paperwork figured out. Used his reason for being so rude was because he was so busy. It was a terrible experience and I hope never to go back there for service. FYI, Chris was a big , bald man wearing a boot on his leg.

The service advisor was excellent and the work was done very well. HOWEVER, I paid $100,000 for my truck from Conley Buick and this service amount was over $2300. Yet, Conely wanted to charge me a credit card service fee of 3% for the privilege of using my credit card! How greedy could Conley Buick GMC be??? Additionally, if Conley is paying 3% for their credit card processing they need to renegotiate with their processing company.

Your dealership has a serious problem with the quality and quantity control in your service department. While I appreciate your consideration with the cost of the battery replacement in my vehicle and Lyn, the service advisor’s, assistance, I again was disappointed in the quality of work done. When I picked up my vehicle, I raised the hood to do a quick check and found that the battery hold down bracket had not been reinstalled. Looking around the area, I found the bracket and mounting bolts in the channel below my windshield wipers. This is the second time I found that parts had not been reinstalled after your dealership serviced my vehicle. On the visit before this one, the oil cap had been left off my engine after the oil change. I found it sitting in clear view in the additional battery tray. During both instances, I talked with your service manager. While I cannot confirm others are experiencing these issues but odds are that they are. Bad took my car there for a Diag car was miss diagnose and was told wrong information ended up spending 3,000$ on something that did not need preform at the time of repairs because after repairs was complete had the same issue again and ended up having a bad battery car battery was never tested correctly which had the tech skip over the very first test to do and right on to all the other issues the bad battery was causing

I was on vacation in Bradenton when check engine light come on, I did have a few issues with my leased 2023 GMC Terrain prior to this. It stalled maybe once a month for a few months but did not realize I had a fuel module recall. Your people took great care of me, I turned the car in for diagnostics and had a rental car within 45 minutes, so it did save a day of my vacation. I was able to pick it up the next day by 1230. This was for a widowed, 71 year old women, travelling solo on vacation. I felt very safe and confident in the work you did and how quickly I got it back since I was leaving in a few days. Great impression for visiting this Dealership for the 1st time (we travel 6 mos a year from Canada); smaller facility but really do a great job with their limited space. I was there only for service of our 2025 GMC 3500; I had an appointment and intended on waiting at the store (they have a shuttle, but an 8 mile limit from the store; seems fair). My service advisor was fairly new but did an outstanding job for me. I relaxed in the waiting area, comfortable btw...; my "Checkout" was perfect with a rundown of services rendered, and was thanked for visiting... really nice people/ employees that I encountered. What REALLY stood out, was a couple of day ago I receive a video of my truck being serviced by the Tech! it was amazing; first time for this and no other store I have been to offered such service! (it clearly showed my filters were dirty, my tires and brake were great....! I am going to share this with others on a "google review" thank you Conley GMC/ Buick

I had a battery that was low in power delivery and had it checked by the mechanic. The advisor said a battery would be around $380 to $425 to replace and it is advised to replace it since it was only at 40%. I told him to go change out the battery and he came back after a short time and said it is ready to go and then advised I have a bumper to bumper warranty provided by Conley so it was no charge to me. I had a great experience dropping my new car off with Jose and I received communication from him when it was ready but it was unnecessary I had to wait about 30 min to pick up my car with my child as you only had only 2 reps there at 5 pm and I had to approach them to ask how to get my car after waiting for 10 minutes. Nobody seemed to care to help me. I think you need to do better in that area.

I'd like to say my experience here has gotten better but sadly they have not. My 2025 AT4 had a crankcase gasket failure which was 3 days to diagnose not the end of the world. It was getting me back to my vehicle after the repair is where it went downhill. We will come pick you up turned into my wife driving me out 4 days later to get my truck picked up and that's only part of this. Sad because I really love the truck, but the service has been less than acceptable.

I experienced a dashboard blackout several weeks ago. It cleared before I could get to the dealership, so no problem was discovered. Upon research, I learned this situation has been experienced by others, and that a software reset could prevent a repeat of the blackout. My truck remained at your dealership for over 48 hours with virtually no communication regarding its status. During that time, I called multiple times, left messages requesting updates, and never received a return phone call until I was informed the vehicle was completed. I understand that repairs and diagnostics can take time; however, completely failing to communicate with a customer for that long while they are without transportation is unacceptable. I rely on my vehicle daily for work and for transporting my daughter to and from school Monday through Friday. Despite the inconvenience caused, no courtesy vehicle was offered, and no effort was made to keep me informed throughout the process. When I picked up my truck, it was returned to me in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I immediately noticed gray mud along the driver’s side of the vehicle. At the time, I assumed this was related to the test driving performed while diagnosing the suspension issue, so I initially overlooked it. However, after driving approximately two miles on main roads to my destination, I noticed that the driver-side front wheel well liner appeared damaged or partially displaced, with mud and weeds jammed inside of it. I attempted to call to ask what may have happened, but nobody answered the phone. Because of this, I returned to the dealership on 5/22/26 and spoke with Chris, who was my service advisor for this visit. This is where the situation became even more frustrating. Chris insisted that I brought the vehicle in that way and claimed there was “no dirt or mud” in the area where the test drive was conducted. But, after being told this, I personally drove to where I was told the test drive was performed, and there were mounds of gray dirt and mud in the surrounding area that matched what was on my truck. Furthermore, it is unreasonable to suggest that mud allegedly present before service would remain perfectly lodged in place throughout 2 ½ days at the dealership, including tire rotation, oil change service, over 10 miles of test driving, leaf spring replacement, and rainfall, without falling off or being washed away. Initially, Chris agreed to have the truck brought back to the shop and stated the issue appeared to be “a simple fix.” Approximately 30 minutes later, he returned and once again denied any possibility that the damage occurred while the truck was at the dealership. Instead, I was accused of either hitting something or driving through mud after leaving your facility. That accusation is completely unreasonable considering I drove only two miles down Cortez Road and 26th Street before noticing the issue as well as no other damage to the vehicle. Chris then claimed that a bracket and four bolts/nuts were missing from the driver’s side and suggested that I must have previously disassembled the area myself or had work done on it elsewhere and failed to reinstall the components properly. He instructed me to compare it to the passenger side, where he claimed the bracket was still present. However, upon inspection, the bracket is no longer present on the passenger side either. Chris specifically stated it was there when I brought the vehicle in, yet now it is missing. Also please note that the only work that has been performed on this truck has been done at Conley, which it was also purchased from. To make matters worse, after denying responsibility and effectively accusing me of causing or fabricating the issue myself, I was then told it would cost me $518 to repair the damage. I want to be absolutely clear: I am not dishonest, nor am I someone who attempts to take advantage of businesses. I am the type of person who would return to a grocery store to pay for an item if I realized it had not been rung up properly. What I take issue with is being treated dismissively and accused of dishonesty after presenting legitimate concerns and evidence showing there is clearly a possibility this occurred during the dealership’s possession of my vehicle. Furthermore, another issue I initially chose not to address, simply to avoid further frustration and inconvenience, was the condition of the new leaf springs installed on my truck. However, given the way this entire situation has been handled, I believe it also deserves to be addressed. The newly installed leaf springs were visibly scratched, scuffed, and damaged either prior to installation or during the installation process itself. This was something I noticed immediately upon picking up the vehicle, before even driving away from the dealership. At the time, I chose not to make an issue of it because the damage appeared to be cosmetic and not immediately concerning mechanically. Additionally, it is not easily visible unless specifically inspected. However, after being repeatedly accused of dishonesty and having legitimate concerns dismissed, I now feel compelled to point out what appears to be careless workmanship and a lack of respect for customer property. Whether the damage occurred because of negligence, lack of attention to detail, or complete disregard for the quality of work being performed, it reflects poorly on the professionalism and standards of your service department. At this point, my frustration stems not only from the condition in which my truck was returned, but from the complete lack of communication, accountability, professionalism, and respect shown throughout this entire experience. Prior to this survey, I reached out on 5/22/26 to the service manager and fixed operations manager regarding this situation and yet to have get a response from either of them.

Originally, I had a small nail in my tire, so I took it to Tire Kingdom. When they put it up on the rack, they realize it was just a small screw and no damage to the tire, however, they told me that all four of my shock absorbers were leaking. So, I made the appointment with Connolly and brought my Yukon Denali and have the shock absorbers inspected. It turns out that two in the front were leaking and they were replaced, which was covered by warranty. Although the right up on the ticket was somewhat confusing when I called the service manager, Doug, he looked into the situation and returned my call and explained to me how the work was done and the right up could’ve been done a little bit better.

Had a wire harness replaced due to a rodent issue. All told, it took 23 days to get my car back with the repairs completed. Some of this time was related to my insurance company (~4 days) but the remaining was on the dealer despite me telling them repeatedly that we were on vacation and needed the car badly which caused us to rent a vehicle. We were also told 3 different times when the car would be ready, which were flat out lies because they didn’t deliver. This entailed me to get the service MANAGER involved which helped some.

Met promptly by an adviser when I pulled in. She was courteous and efficient in accepting my truck for service. Service was completed much faster than I anticipated. They arranged a shuttle to drop me off and pick me back up. Driver Tom was very friendly and knew exactly where I was going. Brought my vehicle in to get the waterpump replaced. I have powertrain and extended warranty that was purchased from your dealership when purchased the vehicle. I was told it was a bumper to bumper warranty but I went to use it for first time I was informed that it doesn't cover anything powertrain and the powertrain warranty doesn't cover waterpump. Was frustrated that what I thought should have been covered by one of my extended warranties ultimately cost me $1,200.
